OSCAR-nominated actor Daniel Day-Lewis was inspired to hold the European premiere of 'Lincoln' in Dublin by his late mother. The acting legend's mother passed away in a 'cottage hospital' in the UK, after she was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour.
