Palazzo Editions To Produce Monograph Of Steven Spielberg

booktradeinfo.com: Palazzo Editions To Produce Monograph Of Steven Spielberg
This major retrospective of the work of Steven Spielberg will be ready for publication in Autumn 2012. Written by the distinguished movie critic and documentary film maker Richard Schickel, the project arises from his long association with the director. The book follows his documentary Spielberg on Spielberg and will be written in cooperation through first person interviews with Spielberg, who will contribute an introduction. The unique and vast archive at DreamWorks will provide the resource in this pictorial survey of a remarkable 40 year career covering every movie from his first, now cult, debut Duel (1971) through to Lincoln scheduled for next year and starring Daniel Day Lewis as the revered US president. Having not directed since 2008, Steven Spielberg also has the forthcoming The Adventures of Tintin, and War Horse ready for release later this year.
